up the system was designed in 2026 by the Viennese design studio ante up.

We are product and furniture designers Benedikt Stonawski and Hauke ​​Unterburg, and we develop durable objects that are ecologically sound and precisely designed. We work for renowned companies such as Adidas and the Austrian Post, as well as for regional start-ups like Fantoplast and ZUKO.

With up the system, we are transferring our design philosophy to our own furniture series.

We believe that furniture is replaced too often because it can't keep up with life's changes. Our answer to this is a modular furniture system made up of independent elements that can be combined, rearranged, and expanded.

Different furniture pieces can be created from the same building blocks – adapted to new spaces, needs or ideas.

We believe in a home where everything remains in a cycle and nothing loses its meaning.
